I purchased a 2021 Acura RDX the process was definitely quick and hassle free! HOWEVER, I decided I know longer was interested in the SUV any longer and traded the collateral in. I submitted the proper documentation to cancel gap and extended warranties purchased and been getting the complete run around. Called the warranty department nothing was never canceled I had to cancel everything after being advised that my paper work was submitted. Once they get the sale you are no longer valid! Thats defiantly NOT good customer service. DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE More
My wife and I took advantage of an accelerated lease renewal on a RDX yesterday and it went very well, much better than I thought it would. Salesman Connor Ryan and finance manager Gene Watson were cour renewal on a RDX yesterday and it went very well, much better than I thought it would. Salesman Connor Ryan and finance manager Gene Watson were courteous, informative, patient and very knowledgeable. They made the transition from our leased 2019 RDX vehicle to a 2021 a pleasure and non taxing on our nerves. I complement the Acura dealership for employing two top notched representatives. I purchased a new car in 2013 and had a wonderful experience so I was happy to return June 2020. What a disappointment! The last time I bought a car here the salesman sent me a birthday card every year. I wasn’t assisted by anyone after that experience so we left. I called to explain my disappointment and spoke to sales manager. He said they are under new management and he’d be happy to find the car I wanted. He never followed up! I sent an email asking for update and he never replied! I called and he said oh I have several email accounts I must not have checked that one and then he still never followed up. I bought my Acura online and after 3 months needed to replace the windshield. Tim Smith referred me to Precision to replace then bring to them to recalibrate. many phone calls and wasted time due to Precision contradicting what service department said. The windshield is replaced and recalibrated and now there are huge scratches and gouges in the seal on windshield. Service says it wasn’t them and Precision won’t answer my calls so I guess I’m left to pay for their mistake. This is the type of service you should get at a cheap used car lot not an Acura dealer. Shame on them! More
