Appointment at 10:00, no one touched my vehicle until 12:00 after asking Yvonne the status. At 12:20, Yvonne told us the vehicle was in vacuum, but we could clearly see the vehicle from the observation 12:00 after asking Yvonne the status. At 12:20, Yvonne told us the vehicle was in vacuum, but we could clearly see the vehicle from the observation window. It was still up on the rack. We have purchased three vehicle from Jackson Acura and we live in Thomson, Georgia. So, we drive over two hours one way to have our vehicle serviced at your dealership. It is very unprofessional to lie to the customer and allow walk-in customers to be serviced ahead of appointments. More

The staff communicated expected wait times for service well. The wait times are always pretty long though at this location. It seems this location is always very busy.
