Then, when you decide to purchase, they hide the price of the car by adding taxes, and other "fees", so that you don't realize that they are actually charging you the sticker price, NOT the price you negotiated with them. Then, when you call to ask about it, they don't own up to it, they lose track of the trail of your conversation with them and they refuse to include the original salesperson in the conversation - i guess the truth might come out. Instead, they only let you talk to a manager who was not even part of the negotiation. More

I can't really say thats the dealers fault more than it is cars.com's fault for not specifying that the price shown should be the actual price plus "normal" taxes and fees, which a market adjustment fee is not. Aside from that, the service from the internet sales person felt lacklustre and nonpersonal- he also told me that the "new" vehicle had been scratched on the tailgate, and was waiting for a new tailgate to be installed, which was not disclosed on the cars.com advertisement. Also, salesperson did not answer every question I had, but just gave generic quick emails that answered a few of the questions. More

On 3/11/2021 I took my car to the scheduled appointment at 7:00 am to change the rotators and put brake fluid on it. I was a bit sleepy since I had to take my husband to work around 4:00 a.m. and i didint sleep very well.I leave my car in the service of acura cardlan duluth. the parts were not there, they keep the car until 11/4/2021. I arrive around 12:30 pm to pick up my car I pay everything fine, at that moment I start to look inside my car I remembered that I had left my personal item in the middle space of the auto and it was not there, I spoke with the service supervisor and I had to call the police to do a report of stolen item. I want my story to go viral that justice be served that the employee that rob me get fired,that loyal customers like me should not get rob by the employees of acura cardlan duluth service department More
My wife took our MDX sh-AWD 2017 into the dealer for service.They recommended coolant flush, so she said ok do it. When she got the car back, she was driving down the road she noticed the car was runnin service.They recommended coolant flush, so she said ok do it. So now I'm stuck with a car that ran hot. DO NOT have your car serviced at this place. More
The salesman I worked with (Bo Bryan) was very nice but the dealership itself does not have the upscale feel. If there weren't Acura logos (and the Acura cars present, obviously) one would think it was a the dealership itself does not have the upscale feel. I ended up buying a different upscale brand, partly because this dealer reinforced the anecdotal opinions I was getting from friends that Acura is not on prestige par with Lexus and the German brands. After researching prices for my choice of vehicle, I found the 'no haggle' advertised price was very reasonable when comparing quality/condition of comparable vehicles. Charles Duncan was very accommodating in showing us inventory and providing Carfax info. NO PRESSURE TACTICS, made this a great car buying experience.
