I had contacted the dealership online, inquiring about a specific vehicle. I was responded to quickly & professionally. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Sergio specific vehicle. I was responded to quickly & professionally. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Sergio greeted me showed the vehicle & accompanied me on the test drive. He was helpful & respectful during the sales process. The team moved quickly once a deal was made to complete the purchase. I had driven a rental to the dealership & they agreed to schedule a safe return to the agency. All of the available products and services offered were well presented without being forced upon me to allow for fact based decision making. Within 4 hours, the process was completed, the car was detailed, gassed up & ready for me to drive away.
