Long story short - This was and probably will always remain the worst experience of my life. My journey into this chaos started last year on August 13th. I wanted to get an NSX very badly ever since remain the worst experience of my life. My journey into this chaos started last year on August 13th. I wanted to get an NSX very badly ever since its debut in 2017. Finally, I was in a financial situation to afford one. Soon after Acura unveiled their final NSX type S on August 12th, 2021. I did not waste any time and started making calls to my nearest dealerships to get an allocation. I spoke with Chris Florin at Mcgrath on the 13th of August 2021 morning and he was very kind and polite to me at least initially. Said that they would get me an allocation at MSRP and asked me to come over. I went there immediately with my online build and placed an order. They also did a hard pull on my credit the same day and I was asked to put down 10,000 USD as the initial deposit, which I did. Then I was asked to wait. I was initially for the first few months, following up with McGrath Acura every month to check the status of production and anticipated delivery date. Then I finally got my confirmation from the Acura concierge directly, that my order was approved and that the car was scheduled for production and delivery in August of 2022. This happened sometime in February of 2022. At this point, I was very happy and eagerly waiting for the car, counting every day to get my hands on it. Come May of this year, I get a call from Mr. Florin that they would be returning my deposit back as they haven't heard anything from Acura about the delivery or confirmation of my order, which was a straight-up lie. When I told him that Acura called and confirmed the order directly with me, He had no answer and told me that his sales manager will be calling me to discuss further about it. After about two weeks or so I get a call from their sales manager, who was extremely rude over the phone, and was not at all interested in listening to what I had to say. He probably spoke for 2 minutes or so and told me that they cannot sell me the car on previous terms no matter what. He told me that when the car arrives they would call me to discuss further options about the price markup. I felt so cheated and hurt listening to this after waiting for almost a year. Come August, I get an email from Acura Concierge that the car was ready and scheduled for delivery. I was waiting for McGrath Acura to call me when the car arrives, but as expected no one called me from the dealership. On August 19th, while browsing their website, I see the NSX I ordered listed for sale. I immediately call the dealership to enquire about it, but I did not get any response from them. I left my work early that day and drove almost 2 hours to get there. Upon arrival at McGrath, I was given a cold shoulder by Mr. Florin. When I told him, I drove 2 hours and left early from my work to get there, he showed absolutely no empathy and instead asked me, why I had come there for. And when I enquired about the car, he told me that he can't do anything about it and one of the dealership owners will give me a call on coming Monday. On 22nd of August, Mr. Florin calls me and tells me that they cannot sell me the car as they no longer have it and gives me no other explanation. So this is what I get to hear after waiting for more than a year to get this car and preparing for many years before that to buy one. If I could, I would rate this dealership negatively for the way they treated me as a customer, lied without hesitation, and did not stay true to their word. They have forever lost me as a customer and I am pretty sure they will lose many more due to their shady practices. I recently bought a 2019 Acura TLX from McGrath about 2 weeks ago. Though the process was simple and easy as I’m from out of state, the car is horrible! There’s a leak in the moonroof. The gas tank is broken and I can’t even put gas in the car. The CarFax was inaccurate, so I found out the car was in an accident. There are dents everywhere on the car. There are also 3 different tires on the car and it needs an alignment terribly. I wouldn’t advise anyone out of state to buy from McGrath. The only reason I gave the review one star is because of Juan. He’s been helpful but after 2 weeks, I don’t have any of the issues fixed. And I can’t return it or sell it. I could go on and on about my experience but it doesn’t do me any justice. I have been more than patient and not even that has gotten me anywhere. I totally understand it’s a used car but $30K for trash is just robbery! More

Note these are personal opinions and as accurate as can be interpreted by a reasonable individual. Beware, I would not travel to buy from these guys, in my experience I believe they kept changing terms ev be interpreted by a reasonable individual. Beware, I would not travel to buy from these guys, in my experience I believe they kept changing terms even after agreed upon. Experience with them was so unprofessional (wish I could upload some of the texts from sales manager) and this experience is what I believe to be complete unethical behavior. First, I literally spoke to around 5 different sales individuals and hardly any of them knew what was going on. I had agreed on terms for vehicle and was headed into buy it, I was happy to put down deposit but was told they wouldn’t sell it and hold until I got there. I hit bad weather heading in after 2 hours into trip and emailed 3 hours prior to meeting that I had to turn around and needed to talk to someone to work out alternative since I physically could not make it. They responded to my email hours before scheduled meeting saying they’d reach out to me in the morning, they never called in morning so emailed several times in morning and afternoon and couldn’t get ahold of anyone since they don’t leave voicemails or call back numbers. Finally got ahold of someone and they reneged on our agreement adding additional fees we had already hashed out (my personal belief and feeling was this was attempt to get me to question doing business since they already may have had something else lined up). After reaching out multiple times more finally received text back days after they sold it under my nose. I already spent 4 hours traveling to get this car, worked out details, then go back on original deal to sell to someone else for convenience. Then I tell a sales manager after he texted me that this appears unethical, he sent multiple paragraphs of inaccurate info accusing it of being my fault, how I did all this wrong, i responded saying I’m not reading all those paragraphs he said “There’s most likely too much truth in it for you to handle” Wow real professional there (you should see what he said in those paragraphs) First going back on terms, selling underneath noses, and a degrading manager after you’ve done nothing wrong other than vested hours in a winter storm trying to come buy from them. I understand you do not legally have to hold car, but it’s common decency when you agree on terms and say you will hold it, to not ignore someone then blame them. I’m sure they will come back with a bunch of stuff how this was on me, but I have no skin in this game anymore other than trying to save you a bad experience. People like this give used car salesmen bad names. General manager and owner of dealership feel free to email me (I hope you will so I know this experience is not a reflection of business as a whole and you just have some potentially toxic people working there) I’m happy to provide screenshots and documentation on how bad this experience was. Thank you for wasting my family and my time More
Their technicians need serious training. Service kept the car twice for total 5-6 days (I think may be more) and still couldn’t fix a small issue and called me both times saying that ‘issue fixed and car rea car twice for total 5-6 days (I think may be more) and still couldn’t fix a small issue and called me both times saying that ‘issue fixed and car ready to go’. No quality check. unbelievably poor experience. Not at all professional. Another Acura service station fixed the issue and returned the car in less than 24 hours. Don’t even think of taking your car to this service station. More
