My rating of the dealership was was based on my expectations of what I was promised at the time of purchase of two vehicles. One parts discount of 15% because of my Costco membership. Secondly free vehicle washes anytime I wanted. Both were taken away. If I new this was going too happen I would have purchased a different vehicle from another dealership. Not a big deal to the dealership but I look at it as saving me $800 a year on two vehicles. Reinstate the vehicle wash otherwise Acura of Westmont is better alternative.
