The best customer service from sales to management! I have to say some people should really keep their reviews about the topic. Car buying experience! Some cheap man on here writing about a stolen $500 I have to say some people should really keep their reviews about the topic. Car buying experience! Some cheap man on here writing about a stolen $500 item that he probably never had! Like who leaves an expensive item in the car? I hate to see someone writing wrong things on reviews especially it seems pretty racist like he’s profiling a manager at the dealership. What is wrong with you? Anyways buy a car from here you won’t be dissatisfied! More
After catching the manager, "Noble" Jones, dishonesty and demeaning behavior toward me during a meeting, he retaliates by threatening a lawsuit. A $500 item was stolen from my vehicle during routine service, demeaning behavior toward me during a meeting, he retaliates by threatening a lawsuit. A $500 item was stolen from my vehicle during routine service, and now the manager threatens to sue me for recording HIS abhorrence and disrespect!? Naperville Police (Case #9022-000802), Acura corporate, and the BBB had to become involved because of the contemptible actions of this dealership over a class 2 felony theft (as the item in question was over $500). I'm happy to share the exchange with any interested parties (contact me). It's shameful for a dealership to keep someone like "Noble" Jones Jr. on staff, even especially after his actions are brought to light, with proof. Moreover, management outright stated they would not make any attempt to right the wrong in terms of corrective action or financial reimbursement (that exchange was also recorded verbatim and readily available - they were even informed the conversation was being recorded and dismissed my complaints). AVOID! More

He let me know once the new Integra was in for a test drive and which allocations were in the pipeline for reserving in a prompt manner. The dealership doesn't have you jump through hoops + imaginary markups on new orders/allocations like other locations do. More

I had to take my 08 Acura MDx for +ve battery cable replacement, it is coming off loose and hood doest saty put, i want to replace the struts to keep the hood locked. When I explain this to service tec replacement, it is coming off loose and hood doest saty put, i want to replace the struts to keep the hood locked. When I explain this to service tech, she tells me there is diagnostic charge 145 she has to charge, she is not going to charge another diagnostic charge for struts. WOW. anyways to replace the + cable they charged me 418 parts and labor, 2 hours of labor and rest cost of the cable. that seems to be on very high end of the price. I used to take my vehicle here before and prices were not these crazy, I think i am done here i have to look for somewhere else. More

When I purchased my second Acura from this dealership. I made the decision based on the cost and value. Going forward I would be vary unlikely to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I was attracted to made the decision based on the cost and value. Going forward I would be vary unlikely to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I was attracted too this dealership because of their 15% Costco discount on parts. The other perk was the free anytime car wash. After a year or two they dropped that perk. I believe I purchased that perk when I purchased my MDX. I felt that customer focus was a corporate ploy. I would give there service department 4 stars..They are friendly, courteous and professional. Bottom line there are so many great brands and dealerships with friendly and professional sales associates in the Chicago suburbs. Why buy from this dealership when you have so many choices. More
TL;DR - DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you must, avoid salesman, James Heath and used car sales manager, Rob Milani like the plague. Bait and switch tactics, lies, and manipulation. Terr you must, avoid salesman, James Heath and used car sales manager, Rob Milani like the plague. Bait and switch tactics, lies, and manipulation. Terrible customer service. I was in my 4th Acura MDX with 1 year remaining on the lease. I was contacted constantly from this dealership about bringing the car in to be appraised because customers "really want my car". I knew if I kept the car I would be over on miles, so it was worth a try right. I came in on a Friday night and I waited for at least 20 minutes for anyone to help me the very first time. Meanwhile I found a used Model X I wanted to see. Rob Milani, the used car sales manager, finally helped me and took my keys to my MDX to be inspected. Meanwhile, Rob took me back to look at the Model X and I inspected it very well as he knew little to nothing about Teslas (which is expected since its an Acura dealer). The model X was missing the charging cable and only half charged, which was a red flag to me, so I told Rob that I would do my research and be back on Monday. They quoted me a good trade in price on my lease, so the incentive to find another car right away were there. I spent 2 days fully researching the Model X to see if it was feasible for me. At this point I did ALL of the research myself with some help from the sales team at Tesla (which should actually have gotten the commission). I called Sat morning and Rob quoted me a monthly payment price based on my downpayment. When I came back on Monday, none of my questions were answered prior to my appointment as I requested. The sales guy, James Heath, at this point was assigned to help me and he was completely useless (and I hope reading this too). He was the epitome of shady sales tactics. They knew I wanted to inspect the battery so instead of sending a porter to the supercharger, they handed me the key and went on lunch. I spent over an hour letting it charge to 100% to ensure the batter was not severely degraded. Once I was ready to buy it, they raised the price of the car by $1000 overnight and tried to tell me I was getting a good deal on the car. He even tried to show me blue book comparisons of the P100D (much more expensive) vs the 100D and pretend it was the car I was looking at buying. When I called him out on it, he said "fine dont but they car, I only get paid by the hour anyway". (I think we can guess that's a lie, but if it isn't it, even speaks volumes to this guy's character). He left his deck and got Rob, who I dealt with initially and after raising the price, I told them I wanted the price I was quoted over the phone to which they denied ever saying. James claimed their calls were recorded but when I asked to hear the recording he changed his tune to one of "they take notes". Bottom line, I did ALL of the research and sold the car myself. I received no insight, no help, but they were lazy, manipulative and made out on it because they knew I needed and wanted to find another car for a trade-in. They wouldn't discount the car even a dollar for not even having the charging cable (~$525) and making me do all their work. I asked for the aftermarket hitch on my trade in to be removed (a few bolts) and returned to me. They also said it wouldn't be an problem, but service was closed. Then James left me a voicemail the next day stating I would have to pay for it to be done. After the manipulating they did on the sales deal, you would've thought they would at least try to save face, but nope. Luckily someone in service removed it and gave it to me and Rob made it seem like they gave me such generous service for not charging me the hour of labor. Stay away from this sham of a dealership. This is a shady desperate used-car lot with an Acura sign on the building. If you have to go there, do not buy from James Heath or Rob Milani. Hopefully they will learn to treat customers with some respect. Added bonus: I was in for service on the Tesla rims and 2 other women were complaining about how awful their experience was with James and Rob. Service was made everyone wait 30minutes past their appointment times and didn't seem to care at all. More
