This was my first experience in buying out of state, sight unseen and it definitely was not a disappointment. Amir met us with a golf cart since there was no parking close by, and was dressed in a coat sight unseen and it definitely was not a disappointment. What a nice refreshing first impression by a young man who was taking care of his job, and not some slouchy, pants hanging down sort of appearance we see quite often. Drew was also very nice and easy to work with. After making the purchase, Amir stayed with us until all of our questions were answered and we were ready to get on the road. We will definitely travel the 4 hours back for our next purchase. Our local dealership is way over priced, and seems they only care about when we are going to buy. No working together with the customer towards a satisfactory objective. Not client friendly. Sorry for them, they lost sale on 2 MDX vehicles. If there is one thing that would lessen the number of stars for rating - getting multiple calls from folks who are not a part of the transaction. Way to go - Amir and Drew. We'll be back. More
I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all times!!! As soon as I walked in, I was greated by a customer service staff member. Amir made me feel welcomed, and most of all, heard. I was offered coffee/ water and was introduced to a sales specialist who was able to help me resolve the issue I had at the time. Blair was able to gather all the information within minutes, and came back with a wonderful solution. Even though I was pretty frustrated, and not easy to console, the team went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed, heard, attended. I was never left alone even for 5 minutes... The whole process was customer focused, engaged, and transparent. Blair's knowledge of the vehicles, options, and approach to the buying process was outstanding. This was my first experience working with Jay Wolf ( previously worked only with Hendrick). I would highly recommend Jay Wolf Acura for your car buying need. Personal thank you to a wonderful team - Amir, Blair and Drew. PS. I love my new Acura RDX !!! More

I own a 2016 Acura MDX. It has been serviced by Jay Wolfe. The service was acceptable but not outstanding. The car experienced transmission problems at 84,000 miles. Knowing the problem a Jay Wolfe salesperson agreed to purchase the car on behalf of the dealership at an agreed price for cash. When I arrived at the dealership the manager indicated the agreed price was only good for a new car trade. He indicated there was a misunderstanding by the salesperson. Rather than standing behind their salesperson’s commitment, they reneged on their agreement. I will no longer deal with this dealership. More

Buying a new car every year, I'm used to the car dealer "game". This was one of the best buying experiences I have every had. Dean not only made it possible to go get me the color of Acura I wanted from several hundred miles away, but also had it delivered, TO MY DRIVEWAY and I live in Wichita, nearly 200 miles away from Jay Wolfe Acura, all without a single added cost and I am a pretty aggressive car negotiator. Not did only keep fighting to get me the best deal possible, he consistently checked in with me to ask what they could do to earn my business. I will be back. I will refer as many people as possible to take the drive and give Jay Wolfe a chance. Customer for life right here. 10/10. Highly Recommend. More

Turmoil I bought a new 2019 tlx this year. One of the sales point was that i would get free oil changes during my lease. First time I called to make appt, t I bought a new 2019 tlx this year. One of the sales point was that i would get free oil changes during my lease. First time I called to make appt, they said that they were not taking appts for service at that time. That I needed to call back after July 1. Called in today and they said that they couldn't schedule me for an oil change for almost 2 weeks. I believe this dealership was recently purchased. My salesman and my sales manager are no longer there. Seems to be turmoil. Might straighten out eventually, but no one seemed to care about the delay in service. What good is a nice service area / nice waiting room, / nice snacks if you can't get your care in to get worked on? So weird. I guess I'll have to go to Jiffy Lube. More
