I was very disappointed to experience how unwelcoming we felt during our whole visit. There was barely any communication. The worst thing was that we signed the work that had to be done but, that they are c felt during our whole visit. There was barely any communication. The worst thing was that we signed the work that had to be done but, that they are charging Hidden fees. ' Service fee' on top of the already very expensive service. When I asked about it first I was told it was for the service bridges. Than he said it was just an extra fee. We never agreed on this. And also aä extra fee to service a car. When you already pay them 220 dollars for some oil and filters? They just want to make some extra money and they are never communicating about this. Will never go there again. Will place reviews on every platform. In the end they didn't even wash of vacuum the car. More

Parts and Service are way overpriced, so are the vehicles. They are above other dealership's pricing and the market. They never match other Acura's pricing because they are the only Acura dealership vehicles. They are above other dealership's pricing and the market. They would not give up a dollar. More

Very attentive, friendly, and overall just a very stress free experience. Knocking 1 star off only bc I received multiple emails with incentive offers prior to getting calls from my sales person. Brought my 2020 MDX in for a CMBS light- Was told that if it was someone else worked on it or it was an accident it would not be covered. They ran some codes and told me that there was some dust on the if it was someone else worked on it or it was an accident it would not be covered. They charge $175 for the pleasure-Not only would I not recommend the service shop I will not be signing a new lease at the P1 auto group Maybe if get extra lucky Jon will also yell at you how he would rather not have to deal with you and go pick his kid up form school More
