Working with Larry Snyder at Acura of Ellicott City to find our new Acura was an absolute pleasure! My initial phone conversation with him was informative and pleasant. My husband and I had considered other car dealerships that were located closer to home before deciding where we would go to purchase our MDX. After my phone conversation with Larry, my decision was made. Although we would have to drive over an hour, because of the customer service that I received during my phone conversation earlier that day with Larry, we made the drive to Ellicott City! Larry was extremely knowledgeable and amazingly personable. There was never any pressure to make a decision, and most importantly, Larry was professional and welcoming. After our purchase, he took us out to our car and explained in full detail, step-by-step, what our new Acura had to offer. We highly recommend that you talk to Larry if you are considering buying a new Acura! P.S. We also have nothing but good to say about all of the other employees that we met at Acura of Ellicott City – (Including Jordan, thanks for everything. Your help did not go unnoticed)! More
Brought my 2023 Integra from them! I had reserved with another dealer but they were not able to get it for another month or so. I had emailed Ellicott city about a month before and t I had reserved with another dealer but they were not able to get it for another month or so. I had emailed Ellicott city about a month before and they knew I wanted the White with Red interior. Quon emailed me on a Saturday and told me they had just got one in the day before. Jordan worked out the numbers with me, I came in the same day and got it! They are very fair and will work with you. I would defiantly get another car from them in the future! Oh and their lounge area is very nice and stocked with refreshments! More

Worst service and customer interaction. The service rep (cannot recall the lady's name) told us on the phone that our Acura AC/freon was not serviced on the previous visit when calling (as our cold air was (cannot recall the lady's name) told us on the phone that our Acura AC/freon was not serviced on the previous visit when calling (as our cold air was only working off-and-on). Checked-in in person and she told us what the problem is without even pulling the car in for service yet. We asked her if she was diagnosing the car from that, and she said yes. After service, we found the previous service receipt showing the AC was serviced and we were charged for that and freon refill. When it still got warm, they asked us to bring it in again to do a die test. It didn't show anything. Needless to say, horrible service, one of the rudest reps we have ever encountered, and the AC still went warm from time to time. We ensure to tell everyone to stay away at all costs...as you will pay in more than one way. If we could give a negative two (-2) we would. She was the worst..and we paid money to endure her...and the issue was not resolved. More
This place is the worst to get your car service. I brought my MDX in for A1 service and tire rotation. They scratched my rims and spoke to the sales manager on duty they denied it. I called the GM no answer. Please take your car somewhere else if you really care about your car. You are on your own. This place sucks bad customer service. Please avoid doing business with them at all costs. Never coming back again More

Ji Kim is AMAZING!!!! He was very kind, patient and we worked so well together. He have no problem explaining everything to me about my new baby and he understood how big of a deal this new car was for me worked so well together. To say this dealer was terrible is an understatement. I leased my car from there a few years ago and the salesman spent his time eating his lunch in front of me instead of working to complete the lease. I called and made an appointment for Tuesday and was told I would be "in and out extremely fast". It took over 3 hours. The manager left me sitting 90 minutes for a credit check. When I asked what was taking so long, he told me I should know it takes this long and that's how it is. Not even an apology. They were so "busy" one of the salesman was sitting on a counter playing on his phone with no mask on. They never offered to wash or clean the car or thanked me for purchasing the vehicle. Acura has lost me as a customer because of this and I will never go to this dealership again. They are beyond horrible. More
