Needed an A1 service (oil change / tire rotation) for our MDX. Drove in without an appt. Was able to be done upon request. Was told it would take 90 minutes; was done much faster. He and his team understood I traveled from Cape Cod, and got everything done in a couple hours so I wouldn't need a return trip to pick up the car, which was so appreciated! DJ in the Finance Office walked me through everything I needed to know about the protection plans & warranty options, as well as my payment schedule. Their team also did my phone setup with the AppleCar play and the Acura Link App, and showed some helpful tips to figure out the touch pad/display menu.
