I am very happy about purchasing my 2020 Acura RDX. From the sales, registration and finance; all personnel were exceptionally professional and attentive. Saleman Luigi Gjokaj was awesome. No retirement for Luigi when the caucus hits the ceiling; just move him to an office w a higher ceiling. I felt at ease meeting him and his office gave me a sense of who he was as a person. He even returned a phone call after-hours upon my initial inquiry about the vehicle. Luigi was the only salesmen within the year and half of my car shopping that actually took the time to go on a test drive with me. During the drive; he went through the technology and how to's of the vehicle itself. This also gave us a chance to discuss vehicle options/choices and financing. The deal did not feel rushed. He was honest and truthful about not placing an aftermarket starter on the vehicle in relation to warranty coverage. Registration of vehicle; your people were awesome enough to ensure that my current vehicle registration which was in-process for state renewal; would be credited and made toward new vehicle registration. Paul Kulesh put much time and effort to ensure I understood what I was signing and what I would be owing on the vehicle. I do hope that this will be sent to the President of Jeffrey Automotive Group.
