Moved to Minneapolis from Northern New Jersey with my wife 18 years ago to raise our three boys here in Minnetonka. I am a avid biker, swimmer and enjoy a good round of golf when possible. My family strongly believes that Subaru's are the perfect Minnesota vehicle, which is why we all drive Subaru's. Joseph in service helped us alot. He agreed to refund gas we were asked to put in a loaner car. We needed the loaner because the hitch we ordered with our new car was backordered. I expressed frustration about having to put gas in the loaner as this trip back to the dealership was not our choice. He understood that and is working on a refund of the gas. It is much appreciated! Our salesman was perfect. He was a real person, thst listened to us, gave me information we asked and told me things I didn’t know to even ask about. We worked out a time that worked for me to get my car, and it all went like clockwork. We went to many dealers but settled on buying at Luther because of our salesman. We felt absolutely no pressure, he was very responsive to our questions. I also really appreciated the follow up meeting g with a person again went over with me about the details of all the gadgets thr car has. Also it was very helpful and nice that my owner’s manual was tabbed to answers to how to use thr car and all it’s features! More
