We took our 2014 Acura MDX in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. The service department informed us that the front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced ($1367.96) and both front lower contro of weeks ago. The service department informed us that the front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced ($1367.96) and both front lower control arm bushings were torn ($963.99). I got a second opinion from the mechanic that I take the Acura to when I want the truth and he informed me that NEITHER needed to be fixed. This in not the first time this has happened with this dealership. On another oil change visit we were informed that we needed to have the brake pads replaced. Again, when I took the car to our mechanic he told us that the pads still had 65% on them. We will no longer be taking our vehicle to Findlay Acura to be serviced. This dealership should be ashamed of their service department. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
