STAY AWAY!! Leased a car w them several years ago and all went fine. Decided to stay loyal and went back and although prices inflated agreed to a price and term to lease new mdx. Got a list of cars to choose from that were in process of being built and chose one. Was told would be delivered mid-November. Came in a bit early and set day to come pick it up, got Vin number and all. Then received call that they would not honor deal agreed upon and if I wanted car it would be more expensive. They blamed it on acura but clearly could have honored deal. Was told either take care at probe above already inflated price or they were releasing it to someone else. After 3 Acura’s they clearly don’t value customers so will never deal w this dealership or acura again. More

This dealership is a joke, I came in on Saturday morning (7/24/21) wanting to test drive the new 2021 TLX Type S. I was told by the salesman that they are selling them for $5,000 over MSRP, so the price was (7/24/21) wanting to test drive the new 2021 TLX Type S. I was told by the salesman that they are selling them for $5,000 over MSRP, so the price was almost $60k before taxes and fees and in order to test drive it, they required a non-refundable $5,000 deposit. So basically I needed to order the car for me to test drive it. He stated he didn't want to put a lot of miles on the one they had on the lot. It's a test drive dude, what is an extra 5 miles on the car gonna do to it, I'm not taking the car for a week. They are acting like it's an exotic vehicle or something. I left the dealership and ended up going to Montclair Acura in Verona, they let me test drive the new TLX Type S without any problems. Park Ave Acura will never get my business! More
