Purchased a certified 2019 Acura ILX on November and not even a week later notice that one tire was bad and return to the Dealer so they fix the problem but they took in the shop and the shop Manager said t even a week later notice that one tire was bad and return to the Dealer so they fix the problem but they took in the shop and the shop Manager said that it was good and that they would replace it so what that means is that Springfield Acura does not stand behind what they sell so Be careful if you buy anything from them also this was my second car that I bought there and was planning on buying another one for my Daughter but will not be returning to Springfield Acura More
I purchased a certified car 11-7-22 and on the 14th contacted the dealer to let them know that one of the tires was dry rotted and had a bubble on it. Went to the dealer on the 15th and Anthony Bruce t contacted the dealer to let them know that one of the tires was dry rotted and had a bubble on it. Went to the dealer on the 15th and Anthony Bruce told me that the cracked tire was caused by ArmorAll and there was nothing they could do the tire is ok. More

He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That’s hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it’s still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues. I’m super happy with my experience and brand-new baby. Thank you! More
Samantha Hunter (Internet Sales Manager) helped me to get my first Acura SUV (MDX Type S). Bought RDX for 1,400 below sticker for 60 months at 1.9% Acura financing. When I went into the financing dept. The lady who every she is jacked up the price to sticker price and some how the loan became 72 Acura financing. When I went into the financing dept. The lady who every she is jacked up the price to sticker price and some how the loan became 72 months. She changed the months to 60 and printed the financing document over. Afterwards I noticed that the price of the car was at sticker. She said some nonsense and said she will talk to someone. Probably went into empty room and came back and fixed the price. I've seen this BS acting before, going somewhere to talk to her boss that probably isn't even there. I guess this is how this dealership scams people who don't notice the scam. More
