Mr. Hickey You and I spoke on April 8th. I tried explain my technician cleared debris from the electronic gear selector. It was communicated if the warning lights returned the cost of the repair would $1,450. Your car came in with multiple warning lights and left with none. It was because my technician cleaned the debris and cleared your codes. Please feel free to call me to discuss the situation further. I can pull the hard copy of your repair order and we can go over the technicians notes together. Listen I don’t want to to through this again. You blamed everything on Anita and when I took possession of my car, everybody thought the lights were still on and it was not fixed and surprisingly when I got in the car, all of the lights were off. Naturally, you guys took credit for that. When I got the car back, I was told that the lights were still on. When I got in the car, they were all off and have been off… nobody ever told me anything about coming back if the lights come back on. Again, when I left that Saturday, everybody thought the lights were still on and that I would have to pay the $1450. As I said before, I left there with paperwork and verbal necessities - that I was to get the gear panel replaced. I do not care who’s fault it was, but your company tried to charge me $1,450 for an unnecessary repair. Like I said before, the only time I will be back there is if I have a problem with a part that is under warranty.
