Recently moved here and needed a car. My first weekend I found a Mini JCW at BMW/Mini of Loveland. The car was a recent trade and had a couple of issues. My salesman, Jared, from our initial meeting to the close of sale, was very helpful in addressing those issues and any additional issues I had. The sales manager, Alex, was also very accommodating in terms of the pricing of the vehicle and setting me up w a loaner while the car was in service for the minor repairs it needed (even though they were out of loaners). I can’t thank you guys enough. I’m lovin the JCW. 👍🏽

This is the worst BMW dealership I've ever visited. Service was TERRIBLE. Returned car with more than $1000 of "extra" unapproved work -- fully felt taken advantage of as a woman... it's everything you worry about going to a service center. I hoped having a female service advisor would mitigate that -- but she was more dreadful than any man I've ever worked with. I asked to have manager call me and no one did. Car was returned with the "service engine" light on (this was not on when I dropped it off. Things that I did request they look at, they did not. I will make the much longer drive to Schomp BMW as they always go above and beyond and Schomp embodies the level of service I've always received at BMW dealerships in the past. Winslow is shady and amateur. One star because zero stars wouldn't register.

Roland is Service Manager and took the time to appropriately resolve all the issues that I presented. Great work by him and Palmer. The service department correctly analyzed a difficult problem to get me back on the road.

This was, by FAR, the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!! Everyone I had contact with went out of their way to make me comfortable, and pressure free. The service I received was second to NONE!!!
