My experience on "customer service" with BMW of Bridgeport services dealership varies some days they deserve a 2 stars and other time 5. Their service advisors and managers need to really improve on the subject of: How can we meet customer satisfaction on a higher level rather then being ok with a low 3 or 4 stars. With that being Said. I have been a customer since 2005 and I want to say service advisor Carl and Mike Dady Sales Manager are exceptional.
Mike had gone above and beyond to stay after hours to meet customer satisfaction despite the objection he was advised.- his courteous approach and smile urge you to come back. His honesty and straightforward caring approach deserve a " Gold Star Award".
Carl is a good listener, patient, and a good communicator. I certainly hope these 2 be an example to the rest to help BMW of Bridgeport customer standard as a whole!.
