PNot happy. I initially leased my Rdx from Acura bayshore. I was told I would have free oil changes during my lease. I live in smithtown And had it serviced in I initially leased my Rdx from Acura bayshore. I was told I would have free oil changes during my lease. So now I’m due for another oil change and brought it bayshore and they tell me I have to pay for my oil change Bc I brought it for service to a different Acura. I currently have a 2021 RDX and my wife has a 2020 MDX. This irks me so much I will not purchase another Acura again. I will go back to Audi. Audi would never do this. Way to lose a customer over an oil change. It’s not even about the money. It’s how they treat you. This is ridiculous. I’m not upset at the service workers, just the Acura policy makers, the dealership. More
