My recent experience with Leith Acura, and the purchase of my new MDX was excellent! From the time of test drive, to the order (no cars on the lot during covid), and delivery the whole process was as about of my new MDX was excellent! From the time of test drive, to the order (no cars on the lot during covid), and delivery the whole process was as about as stress-free as a large purchase can be. The Leith Acura sales and service area is clean, and the sales associates are neatly dressed and courteous. Kerry Leeburn was beyond knowledgeable about the MDX and spent the time necessary making my experience the best! On the morning of my delivery, I was late for my appointment, but Kerry kindly guided me there by phone after I got "turned around." Once at the dealership, he was patient and unhurried, even though I caused the delay. He even entertained my parents while I finished the transaction with the business manager and made sure to retrieve something I later realized I left on my car! Thank you Leith Acura and Kerry for making this the best of my car-buying experiences! More

I worked with Carlos from the very start of the buying process. He was brand new and I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was working with somebody that was looking out for my best interest (which is r process. There wasn't an RDX in stock, or coming in stock within the next 3 months, that was the color or had the specs I was looking for. Carlos took down my info and 2 weeks later reached out that they would be able to trade another dealer for a vehicle. 2 weeks later I drove off the lot. With the shortage of cars, dealers don't have to go above and beyond to sell cars, but Carlos went out of his way and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Carlos! More
