I live in Lake Worth, and came to you in my efforts to buy my wife’s X1 off of lease. Of all the dealers I spoke with I found the approach of your dealership the most honest and transparent. Sebastian Sanches made me feel very comfortable with the whole process, and made sure I understood all my options. I was up in the air on the value of certifying the car, and Sebastian put me touch with Jon Carvalho at service and between the two the decision to certify seemed like a no brainer. The purchase was completed with David in finance who provided one of the most pleasant buying experiences I ever had. I was so pleased with this transaction and with Jon I wanted to service my car which was due for regular service, but the distance from my home was an obstacle. Jon said he would pick up and deliver the car, which is what he did. As with my first experience, it was smooth as silk - so a shout out to the driver Allan who proved as professionally as everyone else I have encountered. First rate top to bottom.

Very good! We didn’t find the exact model we wanted, but Carolina helped us to make a better choice. She was very diligent, clear from the beginning, helpful, friendly and profesional. My wife and I are very happy with our BMW, thanks to the guidance and help that we received from Carolina and their financial advisor. We had a very good experience overall at Coggin BMW. Our sales person was Sarah Smoak and she was awesome. We highly recommend her. She let us reserve the car with $1,000 deposit which gave us time to research our purchase and decide whether to lease or buy. This was our second recent purchase of a BMW and our experience at Coggin with Sarah was much better than the other dealer that we went to. Sarah explained everything about how the car worked after our purchase. She programmed the car for us and showed us how to use the BMW app. She knows a lot about the cars and the materials and features that are included with the car. She used to be in the service department so her knowledge is top shelf about all aspects of the cars.

Scott R. Was awesome! The absolute best. Purchase of our 745e was a pleasant experience. He made sure everything went well. He listens and gets the deal done. The finance guy not so much. Deals with not so honest tactics. Blatenly lies to enhance his commission, doset care if he messes you up and cheats you out of a point or two as long has he gets a good commission. Be careful here. We caught him red handed. Hopefully they get rid of him because over all we had a super experience and if it wasn't for the finance guy they would have gotten 5 stars
