More than loving the vehicle we decided to purchase, it was Sara's ability to establish report with us that was the ultimate deciding factor to give our business to Critz-Mercedes-Benz. Jackie, in the blue shirt--a Customer Service Representative, confirmed our choice of Critz-Mercedes-Benz by going above and beyond her duty to make us comfortable and by consistently checking on us. Luis Olmos is the person to see. Very knowledgeable about the product and he is also a BMW genius. Purchased 3 cars from Taylor. The deals were fair and they were very upfront. The waiting room is brand new and service from Wendy, Keith and Rocky is the best. They are more than accommodating. With follow up from the service department.
