I knew this was not going to be a typical purchase. I was 1300 miles away, and looking to purchase a hard to find vehicle. Either Steve or Tom (GM) were in contact with me on a daily basis as I was waiting the results of a pre-purchase inspection by a third party, arranging my financing and making flight arrangements to pick up the car. As a small business owner that strives to consistently provide an uncommon level of customer service, it was refreshing to work with a dealership that shares this same belief.
