NEVER, NEVER trust this dealership and sales manager Brandon Agee. I made a deal with salesman Cameron to close a deal at 12 noon on a Thursday for a 2020 MDX. He had reviewed and confirmed with the sal Brandon Agee. I made a deal with salesman Cameron to close a deal at 12 noon on a Thursday for a 2020 MDX. He had reviewed and confirmed with the sales manager. I live 120 miles and 2 hours from the dealership. I drove towards the dealership and was 15 minutes away, after 100 miles and two hours, when sales manager loser Brandon Agee called to say he was in the process of selling the car to someone else and to not bother to come in. My salesperson was not even aware. Agee offered no explanation or apology. General manager Lenny Pugh could only say there was a misunderstanding. At first saying it was my fault but later changing his story. He was now going to use it as a teaching opportunity to his staff. He also claimed they had never had a deal with an out of town buyer. Given inventory constraints and internet shopping, I find this very difficult to believe. The people at this dealership are not to be trusted in any way. STAY AWAY from them. More

Ben was wonderful to work with, not once did I have to contact him to ask when my new car would arrive, he kept me informed through out the process. Recently, I purchased a new Acura MDX Type S from the Superior Acura dealership. The sales representative who stewarded this purchase was Steve Swantko. I had been awaiting the MDX Type S since I first Superior Acura dealership. The sales representative who stewarded this purchase was Steve Swantko. I had been awaiting the MDX Type S since I first read about it in late 2020. In December, 2021, I ordered one. Fortunately, my car was built this January and I took possession of it on February 7, 2022. Steve kept me up to date on the availability of the type S all through 2021 and let me know when orders could be placed. The Sales process was painless and straight forward and left me with the feeling of having been treated fairly. This is the fourth MDX I have purchased from Superior Acura, the first having been in 2005. Superior Acura is about 30 minutes from my home while another Acura dealer is about 5 minutes away. Based on my past sales treatment and service experience, the extra 25 minute drive is worthwhile. Steve did an excellent job explaining/training me on the new features of the MDX Type S and made clear that he is available for any questions. I am quite happy with both the car and my experience purchasing the car. More
