We recently traveled to Tulsa, Ok in our 2017 RDX for a family emergency. While there our RDX developed two problems. This review is for POST Oak Acura I needed some thing fixed on my car that I bought from their sister dealership and they serviced me for free. They facilitated me because I had just bought the car a mon fixed on my car that I bought from their sister dealership and they serviced me for free. They facilitated me because I had just bought the car a month ago. They gave me such great service. This man named Trenton was fantastic and said he would stick with me till everything got worked out and taken care of exactly the way it should be and he did that very thing. He stuck it out with me and he took care of everything even though it took about three days just the way it should be. They have great customer service. They even let me drive one of their 2022 Acuras until my problem with my other car was fixed. They took care of the problem like they said they would. They are a dealership that you can truly trust. They really do want their customers to be taken care of. Mr. Burgett, and his service people Trenton and Bailey were just wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I bought a 2022 MDX on April 30th. We live in western Oklahoma ,so we did the entire deal via text message and a couple phone calls. I was a little bit leery of driving 3 hours and showing up in western Oklahoma ,so we did the entire deal via text message and a couple phone calls. Terrible experience! If I could give negative stars I would! Took my 2019 TLX A-Spec in to see about trading it on a 2020 RDX Advance. They were quick to say "we want th If I could give negative stars I would! Took my 2019 TLX A-Spec in to see about trading it on a 2020 RDX Advance. They were quick to say "we want this one!" Obviously they didn't want it too bad, since they absolutely low-balled me on the trade with zero discount off the new vehicle! You would think an Acura dealership would give top dollar for one of their own vehicles, but their trade appraisal was $4,000 lower that one of the competing dealerships down the road and way lower than even Fair KBB value! Be very careful at this dealership, do your homework and come prepared to walk out just like I did! More
