When pricing the car out we were given a number and it was exactly what we had discussed at signing. No hidden fees, no secret add ons, just straight forward and honest. I would recommend this place to anyone and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Great job and we will be back for our next vehicle purchase. More

They don't want to negotiate price here. I made a reasonable cash offer on an used SUV and received a $100 off listed price counter offer. The sales rep seemed unenthusastic, and detached throughout the test drive and made little effort to explain the basic features of the vehicle I was considering. He basically only spoke when asked a question. The moment I hinted that I was not interested in the overpriced service package that was 1/6 the cost of the vehicle the salesman's already limited patience with me was at an end and it was his price or the highway. I've never met salesman that refused to negotiate ($100 off a $24k+ used car) when a cash offer was made. He didn't even really try to sell the vehicle like we weren't worth the effort. More
Need new tires I called Acura service department and had my car picked up and delivered for replacing my auto tires. This was a great experience since it was easy to arrange and convenient for me. The workers who picked up my car from home were wearing masks and gloves which shows they believe in following the CDC guidelines. Also, my car was washed and the inside deep cleaned which was a pleasant surprise. I suggest you support your local Acura dealer during these rough times. More
If you feel the need to take your car here make sure you inspect every bit of work done. Twice now we've taken my wife's 2019 RDX in and they've charged us for work they never actually did. When confronted they told us "the tech didn't think it was needed". Why charge then? Further, since this has now happened twice it's very clear they are just padding bills and assuming customers are too stupid to check. They've also "forgotten" to apply promotional pricing that they've up-sold on. These people are old school rip off artists. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. We sent in a complaint and never even got a response. More

The lounge is comfortable, offers several complimentary snacks and beverages, and I'm always able to get my work done while the car is being serviced. Baierl Acura has taken all the pain and inconvenience out of purchasing and maintaining a great car. I highly recommend them. More
