Very good car-buying experience. Jo Carpentino was the perfect sales person - not pushy, very articulate - well-informed about BMW offerings. I cannot rate him highly enough. And Matt Ross was very helpful at the “closing”; he was deliberate, helpful, and recognized my lack of experience buying a car. I have always disliked car shopping - I have now changed my opinion - go to Bill Dodge BMW and ask for Jo and Matt!
