March 31, 2022, Advisor ordered a TCU component for a - Need Respect
March 31, 2022, Advisor ordered a TCU component for a recall and never called when it came in. After 3 months I make an appointment for rear wiper replacement. It was not in stock so I paid and ordered it and the TCU was still not in. I made another appointment and the TCU was in but the wiper was not.
Now we are in September 2022. I had my money refunded to my card. They unleashed the Doberman Pincher Service Advisor on me. After explaining the history, he showed no emotion and the body language said I don’t care. I had other things that needed attention on my car but I chose not to have BMW of Towson provide me service. I think I will get rid of this car (2017 X3 SUV). I am a teacher and I would or treat students or parents rudely, nw concern for their issues. Why does BMW of Towson have advisors? No one advised me just treated me like I was a problem.
