The way I see it is they are covering up because someone did not do their job. This place is running a circus of selling lemons and their customer service sucks. I felt like a piece of trash by the way they have treated me in my buying experience. I plan to use my word of mouth to let all my friends and family know how well they treat their customers. More

Sold me a car that had rear subframe issues. Litteraly drove it home from Johnson City to Kingsport. Then from my home to Volkswagen dealer. 1500 to fix said issue. Called. Got offered that they would drove it home from Johnson City to Kingsport. Then from my home to Volkswagen dealer. 1500 to fix said issue. Called. Got offered that they would pay 1/3 of cost to help fix. I requested more assistance than that. Got the excuse was an as is car. I didn't take the warranty. But they said warranty probably wouldn't have covered this issue. Had to call for 2 days to be able to speak with a manager. He offered no further assistance. Actually manager showed little to no empathy. He said the person above him was off for 2 more days, and he would pass a message along but no guarantee he would call me. I'll amend or delete this if I get some sort of resolution. But until then I would beware Ps the sales person Ernesto through this whole process has been extremely helpful. But only so much he can do. More

BUYER BEWARE! Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, when I arrived, it wasn't drivable- needed a repair. We waited and finally came in to test drive. Dealer posted online in multiple places vehicle, when I arrived, it wasn't drivable- needed a repair. We waited and finally came in to test drive. Dealer posted online in multiple places that the vehicle had 101K miles. I asked for the Carfax and found 184,500+ miles was the reality. This is our third shady run-in with this dealer- that's on me. The first time, they sold me a 2 year old vehicle "accident free". About a year later, the paint started chipping off. Took it to the body shop and was told "there is no way a dealership didn't know this hadn't been in an accident". I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next vehicle was posted online at a great deal- drove to see it and it wasn't on the lot for an entire week, then mysteriously sold. Bottom line- DO NOT TRUST their used cars! More
