This is the dealership where I purchased my MDX. I go there as much as I can to get maintenance performed. I was greeted this day as soon as I drove up to the service department. JT was very friendl I go there as much as I can to get maintenance performed. I was greeted this day as soon as I drove up to the service department. JT was very friendly and helpful. He gave me details of the maintenance to be performed. He gave me a timeline of when my car would be ready and times he would be following up with me. He did exactly what he said he would do. My car was ready the time he said it would be. They also cleaned and washed my car. It looked great and running well again. More

Subsequently, I’ve charged, tested and am using the 2 month old battery…it seems fine. >My car got dirty sitting in their kitchen during the 2 weeks, but they failed to wash it. >Overall, I was less than impressed compared to two other Acura dealerships I’ve had prior ongoing customer relationships with.
