I have had the best experience with Al Garcia. I arrived at the dealership for an oil change. Al walked me through what the technicians look at on my vehicle. I came there for an B12 oil change (and worked with Al). I added the following service as well, wheel alignment and filters. However, I was quoted a $43.50 upcharge for shop supplies (total bill of $423 whe I added the following service as well, wheel alignment and filters. This is the first time I have been charged (for recycling oil and rags charge) $40 extra in any Acura dealerships. I am sorry to say that I will not be returning to the dealership because of these hidden charges. I gave you all the possible service I can without you having to upsell anything. I was planning to do a brake flush as well. But now that ship has sailed. More
