**************BOILER-ROOM TACTICS************* These people are the worst. We went in to purchase a used vehicle. They agreed on a price we asked for and we signed the paperwork. When the sales pers people are the worst. We went in to purchase a used vehicle. They agreed on a price we asked for and we signed the paperwork. When the sales person took the paperwork back to the "manager" for sign off; this joker comes to us talking about, he is here to apologize, they made a mistake, it was the wrong vehicle they agreed to the price on! What? What kind of garbage manager does that? he proceeds to tell us if we want the car, we should pay $1k more than the agreed upon price. Thankfully, my husband was there and refused to pay more than the agreed upon price. The same garbage manager then says, well I can go down another $500 and proceeds to tell us, that they have a no-haggle policy. Keep in mind, we'd been in their offices for over 1.5 hrs and they had been actively going back and forth with us on the pricing - . Say it with me folks ""If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck." - HAGGLING!! I went in for test drive and noticed that tpms light was on and told my sales person and said would get it checked. Then did paperwork and when i went to pick up the car and got it home it was 2 quarts low on and told my sales person and said would get it checked. Then did paperwork and when i went to pick up the car and got it home it was 2 quarts low on oil and carfax reports said was just serviced. I picked up the car and tpms light was still on and sales person said that batteries was bad on sensor and dealership will not change it but they put nitrogen in my tires which i had to pay for and now i have to get it done my self and waste that nitrogen.because even general manager doesn't care and see they didn't do anything wrong. More

I had a very good experience with salesman Mike Tran. He was very knowledgeable and competent to answer any questions regarding the Acura vehicles we were shopping for.
