My desires were not met. When it came to financing they forced their financing on me. Additionally, the communication was poor in dealing with me solely. I went back to the dealership to pick up my tags and was first told I was not in the VA DMV system and then that there was a problem with the DMV and I had to take care of it. When the car was delivered to me it was half washed and the salesperson got mad when I spoke on it. I just didn’t feel valued as a customer. I feel like my experience in car buying was challenged repeatly from sales to management. I take pride in not haggling people in business, but I didn’t receive this in return. I really regret not walking out when I had multiple data point that they were lying to me. More

Devin is inconsiderate of customers and their time--scheduling two appointments at the same time, allowing me to wait at a desk while he paraded back and forth- stopping once to ask if I wanted w time--scheduling two appointments at the same time, allowing me to wait at a desk while he paraded back and forth- stopping once to ask if I wanted water or coffee- Well, My appt. was at 9:00 am and upon arrival, I announced that I had an appointment with Devin then I was asked to have a seat and he will be with me shortly! Almost 30 minutes later Marc stepped in with a bit of small talk and decided to start the purchasing process by asking for and collecting information! During my "spare" time, I continued to watch and listened to Devin shower his other customer with pleasantries! moments later, another customer arrived with an appt. with Devin- they sat in the waiting area-! and yet, I am still waiting! Well, Marc returned with a completed contract and then indicated that Devin will contact me to deliver the car! I could not believe that Devin was going to profit from asking if I wanted water or coffee! I STERNLY REQUESTED ANOTHER SALES REP. AND THEN CONVEYED THAT DEVIN DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY TIME, ATTENTION, OR/NOR ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PROFIT FROM THIS SALE, AND BY NO MEANS DO I WANT HIM TO CONTACT ME!! I also suggested that instead of having a customer wait perhaps Devin should try being honest and letting the customer know in advance that he has an appt. scheduled at that time and afford the customer the opportunity to reschedule or request another sales rep!- 9:08 am - 12:53 pm I wasted an entire morning waiting and watching Devin- when I could have been running Saturday morning errands and/or shopping! I think it's pretty sad because, I purchased TWO vehicles from this dealership, prior to the rising of technology and the internet of car buying explosion, back then, the entire sales team presented and provided AMAZINGLY AWESOME customer service it was a sincere, kind, and caring WELCOMING FEELING- But today, it appears that it's more about INDIVIDUALITY and THE MONEY! The DEALERSHIP'S APPEARANCE IS FIRST CLASS, WELCOMING, BEAUTIFUL, STRONG, SLEEK, AND STYLISH LIKE IT'S CARS BUT I CAN'T SAY THE SAME REGARDING THE SALEMANSHIP OF DEVIN! More
