By far the best dealership experience I had in purchasing our Acura. We travelled close to five hours one way to make our purchase. Melvin Cygan and Mitch Lasowitz were constantly in touch with me through th our Acura. We travelled close to five hours one way to make our purchase. No kidding. No pressure, no hidden fees, or anything most other dealers try. We will be purchasing future Acuras from this dealership. More
Let me just start out by saying this is the WORST dealership I've dealt with. I only gave 1 star since I had to in order to leave a review. I drove 2 hours to this lot to get an Acura ILX I seen onli dealership I've dealt with. I only gave 1 star since I had to in order to leave a review. I drove 2 hours to this lot to get an Acura ILX I seen online, but little did I know that was the first mistake. It was a rainy day I understand but somehow a very noticeable wrinkled fender was overlooked, due to the rain, until the next day. After spending all evening there and not leaving until after 8:00pm making the 2 hour drive home we got home at 10pm and decided we were too wore out to do anything but go to bed. Got up first thing the next morning and did a walk around and noticed damage to the front fender. My BF called the salesman ( Derek )immediately to let them know and sent a video showing the damage. We even had an auto body mechnic check the damage and first thing he said was it had Bondo there and it had been painted previously. Now when we purchased the car we were told there was no damage and had a clean CarFax. The salesman then told us that he would talk to the manager and see what could be done. We wait for someone to get back to us on Monday (which was a challenge in itself) just to be told first that there was no damage when it was on their lot to them telling us we must have ran a grocery cart into it and had it fixed..all while we were asleep. Now I just paid $28,000 for this car why in the world would I run a grocery cart into it while I'm sleeping. I called to speak to the GM and was directed to another manager (Mitch) who was the rudest person ever to be working at a dealership. I explained the situation to him and he was very short and crappy with me. Then he said he would have someone call me back and hung up on me before I could say anything else. This was so unprofessional and rude to say the least. After going back and forth with them and not getting anywhere I now have a $28000 car that my first payment will be paying a body shop to fix this. Me saying I'm angry is an understatement. I'm so disgusted with the treatment I received from this place. I would not recommend giving them any type of business especially if you're looking for a personable experience. This is definitely not the place to get that. More

Would like to call out the ongoing outstanding support that I have received to date from Ian at the Woodbridge Acura location. He is always on point, quick to respond, and always has his client's best that I have received to date from Ian at the Woodbridge Acura location. He is always on point, quick to respond, and always has his client's best interests in mind. Bottom line.. I know that Ian always has my back which is not common in today's competitive automotive market. In summary.. I have owned 4 Acuras to-date which all received service at the Woodbridge location due to front line professionals such as Ian. Importantly, everyone talks quality service and customer support which typically is short lived... however, Ian delivers - period. I will continue my business at Acura Woodbridge due to the exemplary support which Ian provides on a consistent basis. I would also fall short of this note without including Jose Cabrera. From day one he has always had my back as well. His continued support has been nothing short of stellar. If I purchase another automobile from Acura it without a doubt be from Jose. Our salesman, Brett Oye, was terrific. On our first visit, he showed us the car, including a test drive, and understood that we weren't ready to buy yet. He and his manager, Mitchell ??, were not only professional but warm as we left. When we decided that the ILX was our choice, Brett was very responsive via email, even when he was off. I don't know who conducted the search for the car color/trim level we wanted, but that was efficient. We had searched ourselves and found a 2022 in the area, but really wanted to give your dealership the business because of a good feeling. The negotiation over price was a fine experience. The car had to be transported from Richmond, and an option added, and that worked out fine. We got the car 6 days after the purchase was signed. More
Had service for the first time and had an outstanding experience. Went in for oil change and got a tire rotation for free and the whole service team was helpful including my advisor Charles M..
