Jacks Mom responded

I called and left Justin (manager not the Justin from Finance) messages prior to going to corporate. He didn’t return calls then, so I highly doubt he’d care now. I would like to add that when I first dealt with Justin from finance, he sent me paperwork to cancel THREE items. Address was incorrect. Then I dealt with Mr Broenneke who removed one of the items to be cancelled claiming it was not eligible. When corporate got involved the THREE items were cancelled. It is disgusting that your finance manager would attempt to keep money from an Air Force member deployed overseas. Unethical business practices.
