The service was great by the entire team. Thank you to Laura, who provided updates on my car, explaining what was going on and what they were doing (I am not too knowledgeable about cars, so this was extra appreciated). Laura even shared an (accurate) estimate on timing. I appreciate the transparency. The follow-up communication was also appreciated. I had asked a question after on something that I had forgot to mention before leaving the car for service - it turns out, they go through a VERY detailed inspection of the car, which included what I had forgot to ask. They know my car’s needs better than I do! A note - BMW also pays attention to recalls and notified me about a recent part that was recalled. I had no idea! Thank you! Laura and team go above and beyond and I am very grateful that they take of my car (I even gave my car a name). I spend a lot of time on the road, so this is very important to me. I felt no pressure what so ever to have to buy a car. After my purchase, he continued to make sure I loved my car and to let me know that he was there for me if I had any questions. I had visited two other BMW dealerships and selected this location to purchase my new 2023 X7 for a few reasons. All team members I came in contact with were “customer focused” and there was a sense of true “teamwork” among the individuals I came in contact with. I was assigned a Client Advisor “Michael Simone” who was professional, detailed, and informative. Mike took his time answering my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured during my time with him. I honestly felt he had my best interest at hand and it was not just about “making a sale”. After I ordered my vehicle Mike stayed connected with me along the way until my car was delivered. I had never met Michael prior to walking into the Dealership, but he treated me like I was a longtime customer and friend. I do not write many reviews… but in this case… I felt the need since Mike went “above and beyond” for me. I needless to say recommend Open Road BMW and if you are fortunate enough to have Michael Simone as your Client Advisor it will make the “stress” of purchasing a new automobile a great deal easier.

After some shopping at the mall, our 2019 BMW X5 wouldn't start even though all the lights were on and the battery seemed fine. I though it could be the starter and called BMW Roadside Assistance who took 1.5 hours to get to us (not good). They did get us started and we drove straight to Princeton BMW to drop off the X5. I then texted Elliot and Maria (two of the biggest reasons we continue to service all our BMWs at Princeton) and asked if we could please pick up a loaner the next morning. Of course they found one for us, they are both amazing!!! Lindsey took great care of our service appointment. You replaced the starter and a couple days later we had our X5 back. Thanks everyone & Happy Holidays!!!

This is probably the worst BMW in the US . The mobile tire repair guy from Park Avenue BMW came to fix my flat tire and broke the wheel safely screw. He asked me to go to the BMW shop which l did . The BMW “ advisor “ Nicholas tried to convince me that l should remove all of the safety screws just in case !! I told him l have the issue with one tire that your worker broke the safety screw . He was very sneaky and unprofessional he never said they will not accept the responsibility for the damage they caused . He wanted to sell me his tires even l have the tire insurance and charged me $172 for removing log nut which l never requested and wanted to keep them for themselves or sell it to someone else . This is a Stealership not Dealership …. Besides all that the guys have nasty attitude…..avoid this place if you don’t want headaches!!!!

My car was not cleaned properly when I got my car serviced and when I brought this to the service managers attention, I was told they don’t clean from inside and only do a very light vacuum (that’s it). I told this the manager this is the first time I am experiencing such poor quality and instead of acknowledging the poor quality, I was given the same explanation that we don’t clean car from inside as part of the service. Never had such an experience with other bmw dealers.

It is rare that I can say that buying a car was a pleasurable experience, but Heather at BMW of Newton was a pleasure to deal with. I bought a 2022 Jaguar F-Type and the process was simple and Heather and her manager were more than reasonable during the negotiations. Once the deal was made I was literally in the finance dept. for five minutes and and out the door with my new Jaguar in under 15 minutes, there was no pushy add-ons, additional warranties etc trying to be sold. I will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle and highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a BMW or high end used vehicle

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
