The sales person listened to what we were looking for, added his knowledge to what he had heard, and walked us straight to exactly what we wanted. The process was efficient and painless. On my recent visit to the service center I needed an oil change, air and cabin filters, brake fluid flush and a recall update. Because there was so much to be done I requested a loaner vehicle. The service team took care of all of these items and also washed my car in under 2 hours. I elected to pass on the loaner and wait at the dealership while having a beverage on the house. I will be trading in my 2020 X3 in about 12 months and I'm pretty certain I'll be getting another one from West Herr.

Can I give them 0 Stars? They sold me a new car, less then 100 miles on it, that the warranty started months before I signed the forms and drove off the lot. When repairs where required it was out warranty and I had to pay for new engine parts, over $2,000.00. If you buy or lease a car from them you better get a lawyer to read the sale contract.

I had to bring this to everyone notice atleast my fellow BMW owners as I'm betrayed at this dealership. I drove BMW X5 for 12 years and went for a service as this dealership accepts BMW value service. I was lured into a new X7 deal in May , 2022 and received a purchase agreement close to 100K. I waited almost 4 months to take my build on my name with fully loaded packages as per our family desires for the next 10 years. I took an insurance quote from State Farm and also auto loan from my credit union. Even in September when my new vehicle was about to be delivered from BMW NA, received purchase agreement and was told to pick the vehicle once it's delivered to this dealership. All of a sudden, I get a call from the sales manager whom I trusted throughout the deal that they don't want to do business with me. I sent email to GM and no response for not delivering my vehicle. Reported to BMW NA as I feel like I was discriminated at this place and they kind of took it easy as well and no control on their dealerships. I don't want to leave this matter and take it to the concerned authorities as much as I can so no one else should face this worst experience I faced . Now, I ordered my vehicle through another BMW dealer in September and had to wait another 4 months to take delivery. All of a sudden BMW took away Dynamic Handling Package , the only reason I built vehicle through these dealerships and now I had to take my car without this package which I waited for several years to be part of base X7. If I had to buy the X7M which has DHP as standard package, it would cost another 20K extra. I not only lost my time , money and good interest rate with my banker due to all this apart from driving with a single car for 8 months with kids activities and jobs. So, never ever build a vehicle with this dealer and also with constant changes by BMW NA in removing packages for unknown reasons. Hope you all understand my pain and consider my review before getting into any kind of deal. I can add all the proofs if anyone thinks I'm not telling a true story here my dear BMW friends.

I’ve been in the market for a new car for over a year and couldn’t decide which one I wanted to buy. I kept searching and constantly changing my mind on the car. Everyone pretty much assumed that I wasn’t getting a new car. That all changed when I visited BMW of Brooklyn with a friend who was looking to buy a BMW. During my search, I did come across a few BMW models that caught my attention, but it wasn’t until I met Anthony Miccio, Client Advisor, that solidified my decision to buy a car. Anthony was courteous, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in what I was looking for in a car. I also appreciated that he was very straightforward and did not try to upsell me with things that I didn’t want or need. There was never a moment that I felt pressured or unsure about what I was getting into. In fact, the very same day that I visited the BMW of Brooklyn, I ended up purchasing a car! That’s an almost impossible feat for a chronically undecisive person like me, but that’s how comfortable I was in Anthony’s hands. I met with Nick Hernandez, General Sales Manager, during the financial process. He was very personable and made the process easy and smooth. He took the time to explain all the options available to me and helped me figure out what I needed. He was an absolute joy to speak with, I felt like I was speaking with a longtime friend. An excellent and seamless purchase experience at BMW of Manhattan. Rich, Greg, and Adrian were so helpful from start to finish. Rich and Greg were extremely attentive with all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process of purchasing my vehicle. Their service was professional, courteous, yet still approachable and friendly in every manner. They responded very quickly and fulfilled all of my requests when it came to picking up my vehicle; a tough order for a discerning customer like myself. Adrian, the BMW Genius I had worked with, was also courteous and easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. All in all, a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. For years, I have avoided dealerships and primarily dealt with independent auto brokers instead. Yet BMW of Manhattan has renewed my faith in working with dealerships again. They were that good, and with such a positive experience, I would not hesitate recommending using them for your next BMW purchase.

I am complaining about the General manager to the new dealership owner. Absolutely a terrible experience and totally unprofessional. Once I discuss with the new owner to see if they want to live up to their word, I will share the outcome. As of now, I simply cannot recommend doing business here, and I have spent tens of thousands on cars and tens of thousands on repairs - for over 35 years. I will provide good information for potential customers as an update. UPDATE: The dealer group owner put me in touch with Market President Maria Dunning who quickly solved an issue the BMW GM caused. She deserves full credit for exceptional customer service. I hope she will also be able to take whatever corrective action is necessary with the GM so that this issue is not repeated in the future.
