We moved from Savannah where Critz had been our go to dealer. We went to Flow for service on our X6 and z4. The service department here is the best I've experienced. Kenny and Nikki are CONSISTENTLY knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and efficient. A year later later we've now bought an M440i and an M4. The buying experience was as excellent as the service. Isai has been our advisor and is enthusiastic and helpful. RJ the sales manager was great and Tiffanie was also very helpful and straight forward in the business office. Definitely a good shopping and service experience!

Worst service experience ever. 4 weeks in the shop for 8 hours of service. They changed price, and did not complete service requested. When I arrived home, my pants were oil-stained from what they left in my seat. NO communication whatsoever from the 'service advisor'. Never go here

I went to the dealership to order an X5 BMW. I knew in the current market that I would have to pay MSRP. I did not have a problem with this. However, I was told I would have to pay $1,000 over MSRP if I did not provide a trade-in and another $1,000 if I did not finance the vehicle. Subsequently, the dealership offered me $10,000 less for my trade-in than both Kelly Blue Book and Carvana offered for my car. I told them this was inadequate and showed them both offers. The salesman then explained that Carvana was a national company and they were a rural dealership and could not match the offer. I found this amusing since BMW is a global brand. I then tried to leave and asked for the keys back to my car. The general manager had the keys and was unavailable. I felt like I was being held, hostage. I will never go back to this dealership again.

I actually visited the Dealership 2 times looking at a 740i (M Package). Unfortunately, they didn't have the color scheme I desired but the commitment to giving you a "Best in Class" experience will not be outdone. My Salesperson's were Melissa Felder & Christen Odom. I can say they both listened to understand versus trying to sell a vehicle. There were things about the 7 series I learned on my test drive, and they clearly steered me to the 740i vs. 750i. The test drive was about feeling the car and fielding questions. They were both pleasant and personable and talked to me as if I was a welcomed neighbor settling in. I Highly recommend them!!!! I got an email follow up, and I will be telling my folks that Hendrick BMW South Charlotte is worth the stop. I have to mention Kayla (who is 23 like my daughter), I would call her the 'Director of First Impressions'. Great Dealership. Ask for Mellissa or Christen by name!
