Purchased my vehicle back in 2015. I believe they sold me a lemon. I’ve had nothing but issues with my 500x power train/transmission ever since I purchased my vehicle. They also don’t I believe they sold me a lemon. I’ve had nothing but issues with my 500x power train/transmission ever since I purchased my vehicle. They also don’t treat their customers equally when you bring your vehicle in for service. Their loaner vehicle service option is a joke. They won’t offer you one when you’re scheduling an appointment for service and will trick you into scheduling an appointment making you believe that you’ll be able to get one if needed but they won’t once you come to your appointment. *** Update *** it’s been more than a month since the purchase of 2021 Audi, and we STILL haven’t received 2nd set of keys. For a luxury auto dealership we don’t feel like we received luxury service. W purchase of 2021 Audi, and we STILL haven’t received 2nd set of keys. For a luxury auto dealership we don’t feel like we received luxury service. Worked with David and he was very pleasant. Now for the negatives…took WAY too long, we even left to eat and still had to wait an hour to go into finance. No one explained the car’s features. Only received one key, not what you expect. Despite noting it to 4 different sales members, the low tire alert was still on at delivery and they don’t fill the tank…so we had to go to a gas station and fill the tires and tank ☹️ More

In a time of low inventory and greedy dealer markups, we were pleasantly surprised with the willingness of this dealership to work with us on price. With that said, we purchased our new vehicle at a nice discount, very low interest rate and a more than fair trade in allowance. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Alfa Romeo. More

The service department is top notch. I didnt buy my alfa romeo here but the took care of all my service needs.
