Well, I returned to purchase a 2022 upgrade when I could have gone elsewhere. Natalie was fantastic when she sold me my first one earlier this year. Saleswoman was great! However, the finance guy attempted to itemize "reconditioning fee" as a warranty charge. In all honesty he was charging me 1300 to fix the used car he currently own and sale me. If I didn't know any better I would've paid it. He also undervalued my trade in. Considering, the value of used cars is inflated he proceeded to discuss his concerns and unfairness. I left the dealership and the next day purchased a brand new 2022 430i BMW. More
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful with our purchase. ZERO STARS Horrible. When I bought my $70k car at this place they never paid off my trade in and I had payments coming out of my checking account for two months for a car they owned (trade-in). Fast forw place they never paid off my trade in and I had payments coming out of my checking account for two months for a car they owned (trade-in). Fast forward 18 months I have a flat tire so I call Mercedes service (road side assistance included in my purchase price) to have my $71K car towed to Napleton Mercedes Service garage. Joe Durant is the manager at the Mercedes Service garage, he never called me, never did anything to fix my ONE flat tire from Friday till following Tuesday. When I called I was either hung up on, sent to voice main, or one time even told my car was not at their garage. They eventually told me (John manager) they could not help me....they had no tires and gave me no option of ordering tires or waiting for them to be delivered. John took my phone number twice and said he "would get to the bottom of this and call me back"; I never heard from him again. I ended up paying Green towing to go get my car and tow it to TIRE BARN in Valparaiso to have all new tires replaced and repaired. I will never go back to Napleton Mercedes, HORRIBLE, terrible service, actually NO service. Even the people who answer the phones are terribly rude. I have had better service at CARMAX.
