I had the best car buying experience working with Tricia Archibald. She was very friendly and answered all my questions I had about the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking at and ended up buying. Just bought the 3rd vehicle from this dealership and was very please with the service from our salesman, Aaron Kelley. The first time we went there we looked at the vehicle -without any pressure from him t very please with the service from our salesman, Aaron Kelley. The first time we went there we looked at the vehicle -without any pressure from him to "buy it that day".. During the week I did a lot of research and contacted Aaron again to see if they would match the numbers I saw from out-of-State dealers.. We went back the next weekend and was able to agree on a price for both the new vehicle and our trade..do your homework and it works!!.. Aaron was extremely helpful and would highly recommend him!!!! I first called and asked to speak to a salesman and was transferred to a man named Grant Leffler. After talking with him on the phone a few times and texting back and forth several days and sending him dozens of pictures of our trade (and I was very direct several times on exactly we needed for payment) we decided we were interested. Grant told me (after informing him of a few other dealers and the average value of our trade and our credit scores, etc) that it would be no problem at all to be within our payment range. He mentioned he talked to Ian Murdick and he said it wouldn’t be a problem and to bring our trade in. I mentioned several times to Grant to not waste our time and yank our chain if it wouldn’t work. My husband took a day off work and we headed the two hours to Wichita. After spending time with Andrew and Ian they said the payment price we would be in wasn’t even close and it was $150 a month more than Grant told us. The dealer offered to put gas in our vehicle for our trouble so they could clear their conscious. The fact remains that they have “sales people” who aren’t even at the dealership and are located in another building to operate a call center, of sorts, and they will tell you anything at all to get you in the door. This dealer has hundreds of cars on the lot and they couldn’t even come close to the price we wanted. Both my husband and I felt scammed and conned and we wasted an entire evening, not to mention the day he took off work. The real kicker for me was Ian mentioned it was a “miscommunication problem” and they tried to just dust it under a rug and politely escort us out the door. There was no miscommunication at all. They simply did not care to lie about anything as long as we visited their lot. These big auto dealers do not care about their customers and only care about their bottom dollar and they certainly do not care that their business is deceiving customers. More

Gustavo Estrada was very helpful with my questions I had today when I came in for an oil change. A shout out to James Schmeidler who keeps in touch to make sure everything is going OK. He emails enough to be helpful, but not too much to where it's annoying. He's great! I've also talked with Chris Jackson before, and he is friendly and helpful as well! More
Great Service! I just had one of the best service experiences ever! Took my Ram to Davis-Moore Ram in Wichita to take care of a recall. The work took half as long as I just had one of the best service experiences ever! Took my Ram to Davis-Moore Ram in Wichita to take care of a recall. The work took half as long as I was told and they washed my truck!! I did not expect that, especially since it was recall work. Guess where it will go for all future repairs and service! My previous dealer put mismatched locking lug nuts on my truck and then argued with me about their error. That was the last straw in a long line of mess ups. Davis-Moore has my business. More
Engine Repairs & other work done here. Took our van to Hatchett, where we bought it, who replaced some parts for $780 and the problem was still there so they told us to go to a Dodge center Took our van to Hatchett, where we bought it, who replaced some parts for $780 and the problem was still there so they told us to go to a Dodge center. At Davis-Moore we found out it was a cylinder head problem. We gave them our warranty information...which didn’t get called for over a week because of communication problems. At times, it took almost a week to hear back from the service center. The total time of our van being at this place was almost two months due to a part backorder. The bright light was that the service manager found a part nearby and Padrick got warranty to approve a rental for a few days. I was told they didn’t have any loaners ir rentals available. After the repair, our check engine light came on, so we went back. The thermostat was stuck open and an update was needed so we spent over $300 for that. Then check engine came on again, days later, and van vibrated so bad, we drove 30mph on shoulder of highway in order to take it back. The fix did not cost me anything, so I asked what had happened. They told me a coil pack backed out or something. I asked why that happened and he said it was an accident from the repair. Stuff happens, so I won’t fault anyone, but I was upset at the inconvenience. The service manager contacted me to apologize and was willing to do anything to make us happy. More
