Let me tell you, best customer service in a while and that’s hard to find! In 2015 I went on a search for an Audi TT, by the time I got there, it was sold and was completely bummed. Two weeks later, Charles called me and said he just got another one in stock and I needed to stop by quickly. I got there and purchased it. This TT was actually better than the one I was going to purchase earlier (more options and bigger engine). I appreciate him for remembering me! Fast forward, I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an awesome experience again. I was here a couple months earlier to purchase a truck for my job. Charles helped me find a truck and went out of his way to drive to Cary to pick up the truck up. I viewed the truck and then decided it was not what my job needed. I ended up purchasing at another dealership because I couldn’t let that one go. However, Charles helped me in great detail and I decided to come back to purchase a vehicle for myself. This was one of the easiest purchases I have ever been through. The finance manager didn’t push too hard on “extras” and had the paperwork ready. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours.
