The mechanic never even checked out the car before giving an estimate. Abby in service does not know how to deal with customers nicely. We had to wait forever for anyone to direct our call. They constantly redirected our call several times once we were actually able to speak with someone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. It is not worth dealing with this company!!!! I can go on and on about how nasty they are. More

I never found out why (I'm guessing that whoever was supposed to be covering that part of the dealership had to leave early or something). At least I was able to talk to someone from the parent dealership (Chrysler Dodge Jeep) and set-up a test drive for a later date. On my second visit, I was finally able to test drive a Giulia Ti Sport AWD. I also got to talk with the Alfa Romeo sales manager (Clay) and run some numbers. Clay was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I left with some solid numbers and a much better feeling about the Alfa Romeo Giula. I came back a week later for one more test drive and decided to lease a Giulia Ti Sport AWD. Overall, it was a good experience. If you have any questions about the Alfa Romeos, Clay is definitely the guy to talk to. I could tell that he really loves what he does. Note: This dealership is labeled on dealerrater as Bob & Chuck Eddy FIAT, but is now actually Alfa Romeo/FIAT. More
I was hesitant to deal with "Bob Eddy" d/t several years ago I had left a deposit on a car and was in a near fatal "total car" accident. Many many months of medical care, so I was off work. Wh several years ago I had left a deposit on a car and was in a near fatal "total car" accident. Many many months of medical care, so I was off work. When I requested my deposit back I was told "We never return a deposit". They are the closest Fiat dealer by me, so I went to test drive the new Fiat, at 1st the saleswomen was great, friendly and well informed. We made what I thought was a good deal, when I found out my insurance would go up I asked them to pay the taxes $500. up front $840 if paid monthy, they agreed but then refused to put it in writing. So, same old same old. I wish I could find an attorney to make a class action suit aginst these people, because we all know women are always taken advantage of with car dealerships. I will look in Toledo More
