Steve Lyle leads a service team that is top-notch: returns calls promptly, successfully addresses issues that I mention and discusses others that may appear after inspections, provides loaners or tran returns calls promptly, successfully addresses issues that I mention and discusses others that may appear after inspections, provides loaners or transportation if the work requires more time than I allow for waiting and readily orders accessories I request for the car (e.g., battery charger). A big plus is that the guys are polite, friendly but still professional. As an Alfa owner I greatly appreciate the service department having an Alfa technician on staff. Compared to service departments I've used at other dealerships (e.g. BMW), this one is the best by far. More
This dealership is horrible with after-the-sale customer service. I will never buy from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Their used car presale inspection is either incompetent and worthless or the service. I will never buy from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Their used car presale inspection is either incompetent and worthless or they knowingly sold me a car that immediately needed service. They had no problem taking my money but, they do have a problem with either their car inspection procedures, full disclosure policy, and/or integrity. Or perhaps it's all the above. I'm not sure which, but I am sure the next time I'm in the market for a car, They will not be considered. I'll buy from a salvage yard before I buy from them again. More
