I called to get oil changed and had to wait 3 weeks to get in …no problem Covid excuse given. I said I’ll wait til you’re in shape. After 3 weeks , I go in. They can’t accommodate me (again) spoke to new general manager..he’s from Ohio (who cares, really.) I transferred from MD. Like my other alfa…I’ll go to charlotte alfa…where they understand customer service. Thumbs down to Alfa for giving this jeep dealer this franchise . Jeffrey Lustig More

I had car trouble 2 hours from home. Thoreau Samuel, Svc Mgr, and the Stateline team took care of me as if I was a regular customer. The customer care experience was superior. So good, I would consider trav Mgr, and the Stateline team took care of me as if I was a regular customer. The customer care experience was superior.
