They told me arrive at 1pm when the techs return from lunch. I had the impression that they would be able to work on it then, so I was disappointed with the wait time. otherwise everything was fine. I was told that they do not take appointments for oil chance, but a table placard in the waiting room said that you do take appointments for oil change. I would be nice if every one was on the same page about that. I was not impressed that the service sales people were having a nice chat at their desk, but I had to wait for someone else to come out to check me in. More
