I had been trying for a week to get a hold of another dealership that was closer to my house...With no one responding to emails or voice mails. I sent Victory an email and within the hour I received an email from Brad and within 30 minutes of that Savannah had called me to set up an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived Rick helped me get my paperwork started and before I knew it Paul had finished up programming my keys. Everyone was so polite and friendly. I will drive the extra few miles south to have my Vue worked on by a group of people that are more than happy to help you. I will absolutely be returning to Victory and will recommend them to everyone I know.

My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jim Burke Nissan in October 2021. When we purchased, one of the main things we requested was lifetime oil changes. It was included at the time of purchase. We have taken it back a few times for the oil changes and basically none of the experiences were good. On one of the trips, they left the oil plug loose and about half the oil leaked out. My husband had to tighten it up once he saw what was causing it. He called and told them what had happened and basically their response was “oh well, buy some more oil and when you come back in, we will reimburse you for the oil and give you some gas money for having to come back. Of course when he took the truck back they conventionally didn’t remember saying that. Luckily it was on his text messages where they told him they would do that. They still tried to get out of it but finally reluctantly reimbursed him. Fast forward to today. My husband called yesterday and made an appointment to go in for an oil change. Not one word was said that oil changes which are FREE, we’re now NOT free. When we arrived, we were met by a service employee and he had his trusty little iPad and notebook and proceeded to tell us that “it was required” they do a brake line flush, radiator flush, and something else (at this point we were both furious) which would’ve been over $500 for all of it. If we didn’t agree to those services then our FREE OIL CHANGE would cost $69.95. My husband ask why because we have lifetime oil changes. He said that Nissan had cracked down on them about the cost of oil and they could no longer honor the contract. He made reference to it being stated in our contact that at anytime they have the right to change their mind so to speak and if we didn’t agree to all of those “flushes” (which can be flushed down the toilet) then we wouldn’t get free oil changes any longer. To say that my husband and I are furious would be an understatement. I don’t know if the service guy was lying or if it’s true but I do know this, we will no longer recommend Nissan to anyone. I will post my complaint anywhere I can because I know that when they sell a car I’m sure they’ve added the cost of oil into the price somehow. Anyway, Nissan has lost a customer and I will be vocally outspoken to anyone thinking of purchasing any Nissan vehicle and definitely NOT recommending Jim Burke PERIOD. Bought a BMW in December. Contacted Lance and told him check engine light was on day 3- now laying $500 in repairs with no help from the dealership. I was instructed with a. YouTube video to reset the check engine light. I had to be towed home twice last week and was never informed of the dealership having a service department until their rude manager contacted me after I had the vehicle 30 days and there was nothing they can do. I was told I should’ve done my homework and they were BMW certified. I was told incorrectly about how or where I could charge the car and now my reviews and post on their Facebook has been deleted bc they want to deceive people. Currently I have no vehicle because it has been at BMW yet As well as being inconvenienced by not being able to go to work without transportation. Poor customer service and lack of communication/empathy for their customers. Ali also talks down to people and just wants to argue. His way- no way. People will find out how you treat people.

Dealer allowed to state-safety-inspect the bad cars it sells - artistdon2005

Peter the owner of High line Imports claimed to perform a state "safety-inspection" on the car my wife and I purchased from them --- and they put a state safety sticker on it --- but the car they sold us had a hole in the exhaust requiring $400 in exhaust repairs. It broke down after an hour because "it looked like no one ever changed the oil" according to our mechanic. The junk in the oil pan caused a camshaft sensor to be filled with sludge and the Oxygen sensor was burned out, costing another $600. This dealer is simply a licensed curb seller, flipping dirt cheap used cars at high profit without doing a single thing to see that they are mechanically safe and in decent shape.
