Purchased a 2019 BMW M5 two months ago and since them have had numerous problems, one happening only 20 minutes out from dealership after purchasing. A month and a half later same thing. Zero support from Morries and they don't stand behind their sales. Avoid this dealership.. More

Not a happy Morrie's buying experience. Was misled by the general manager Juan that if I ever needed anything to come back and he'd work with me since this was my first used Maserati. I got about 20 miles on general manager Juan that if I ever needed anything to come back and he'd work with me since this was my first used Maserati. I got about 20 miles on the car when the check engine light came on. Brought it back and they said it was a fouled spark plug from RPM's over 5k when it was cold which was untrue because I just drove it home and never revved the engine. They replaced the plugs and 5 weeks later it sounds like the front end is going to break in half when I turn. I called to see if they would waive the $200 diagnostic fee to take a look at it and was told no. I have barely driven the car since I bought it and purchased an aftermarket warranty for 5k from them as well so their only in it for the sale and not any support after you sign the paperwork. I'm not asking them to pay for the repairs but only take a look at it since I just purchased it. Will never recommend or buy from Morrie's again. My sales person was Rich Hajt and the general manager was Juan Martinez. Go elsewhere. More

I was told no loaner appointment until July and asked to speak with supervisor after I made Appointment and no one called me back. I love my Bentley however due to the customer service I will reconsider a different meet with better customer service when I purchased my next vehicle More
The whole experience was a nightmare. Nick Bohannon helped at the start of the process, then he left the company, so everything went down hill . We bought a Bentley from Morries and it was not the luxu helped at the start of the process, then he left the company, so everything went down hill . We bought a Bentley from Morries and it was not the luxury experience you would expect. 2 months later, I called to ask about the registration and plates we never received, just to be told they're sorry they never started the process . So now I ordered custom plates for $500 that the tax office will send back before I will have the originals to trade out for...I just loss more $$$. This place should get new owners or management that knows what the words luxury/job Competency mean. Half of their staff is untrained, and they should have a more rigorous hiring process when dealing in luxury vehicles. Update.... today I found out that the Bentley we bought needs a repair to the convertible top , so we are going to have to pay over 18 thousand for the repair/ replacement. This is a nightmare the car is not even Registered yet, and I'm already out 18k.... wow . Please be careful who you buy from . Don't end up like us , we haven't even driven the car more than 50 miles . We have a video sent to is from the first salesman saying / showing "the only thing wrong with the car is a paint chip and one wheel has wheel rash" unfortunately that was a lie 😕 More

I followed up a couple days later was told, yes it is available. Asked for that to be verified before I made the ride there. They came back assuring me it was. When I got there the Sales reps told me that it wasn't and the e mail that I got from Alexis(I thought was sales) was the call center and that no one had checked with them on the availability of the Jeep. So dropping everything on a Saturday to make the deal was a waste of my time/day. More

DONT BUY FROM MORIES PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. I purchased my first Aston from Mories. The sales person Jon told me how rare this car was and how reliable they are. Reall PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. I purchased my first Aston from Mories. The sales person Jon told me how rare this car was and how reliable they are. Really talked down the Bentley and also the Maserati. He said the Aston would hold it's value much better. I said I will only keep the car for 6 months to a year, how much should I expect to loose. He said $5000 to $10,000 at most. They would buy the car back. Had the car for about 6 months and like I said I would not keep it that long. Contacted Mories about trading it in and no response? Sent them a Lincoln that they had at their other store and said this is what I want. I txt, emailed and left messages with no response! I finally called a manager and he explained that they can't get new cars from their own dealer? Jon was trying to find me a used one but never told me so he just didn't respond. They lied every step of the way on this deal. Here is some info on the service and warranty. Jon told me this was an Aston certified car and showed the paper work that someone looked over the entire car and makes it like new. When I received the car, the washer fluid was out. The exhaust was rattling, Tail lights had moisture in them, and the leather on the dash was pealed back. There is no way this car was certified! I paid additional money to have this done. I drove the car a total of 1000 miles and it was in the shop 3 times. At I still didn't have everything complete on the car. 5 months later the leather part for the dash still wasn't in. If you want to loose money and be lied to buy from Mories. If you want to have a great experience go buy a Cadillac. These types of cars unless you have tons of disposable income will crush you financially and also waste a ton of time. When a sales guy tells you the cars they sell are not reliable and don't hold any value I should have ran. I was sold Good Job Mories, but I will never refer anyone to you, and never buy a car from you. More
