Honestly the worst of the worst dealer I ever been to. They gave me temp plates that expired and they are refusing to help. The worst car buying experience I ever had from some guy name addeson. I reached out to Aston Martin Summit Short HIlls to inquire about a used 2015 Audi S4 that was seen on Cargurus.com. I then received a call from Roger Schur at the dealership informing me that the vehi inquire about a used 2015 Audi S4 that was seen on Cargurus.com. I then received a call from Roger Schur at the dealership informing me that the vehicle was in great shape and still available. I mentioned to Roger that I was a serious CA buyer and was interested in traveling the vehicle from NJ to CA. Roger said it wasn't a problem and that he would work on getting me a quote for shipping, "since it happens all the time." A day went by and I didn't receive any more correspondences from Roger. I then reached out again after two days to see if I could reach him and again, no response. It's now been over a week, I never received a price quote for shipping, the vehicle has since sold underneath me, and as of today, I finally received an email from Roger after over a week and he graciously let me know the vehicle has since sold. Thanks for nothing Roger and Aston Martin Summit Short Hills. More

When it came time to purchase an Aston Martin for my wife, I sought out a dealership with outstanding reviews. My efforts and results with AMS were completely as expected from a responsive family owned company. I found working with Roger Schur and his staff to be very pleasant. As a sales executive, Roger, showed himself quite knowledgeable, highly responsive, hard working, and seeking to please. I would rate AMS and especially Roger 5 stars! Bud S South Carolina More

I have never experienced sa I bought the car new from this dealership exactly 5 years ago. I have had the car serviced by them during all this time. I have never experienced sales and service quality like this ever. even before I bought the car, what set Aston Martin apart from comparable luxury brands (porsche, bentley, ferrari) that we were considering was their level of service. After 5 years of ownership, I have to congratulate them on their consistency and ability to provide the same level of service and attention to detail! Well done!! More

Roger Schur made an excellent first impression when I contacted him to purchase a 2015 Vantage. Everything appeared great until we began filling out the paperwork and I was notified for the first time that the car had been in a collision (never received a car fax) and was purchasing the car from 300 miles away. Said Ok, car looked great, it had been repaired locally and also maintained from new at Summit, so we worked out a credit, finished the paperwork and off I went. It took a while to get the registration squared away, again no big deal, February/March in New England is not exactly the time to take out a luxury car, so it stayed parked until the plates came in. In April when the weather broke. At this point I brought it to my local Aston dealership for a check up just to make sure there were no surprises, did some maintenance (roughly $5000.00 worth not happy, but could deal) and 3 weeks later got the car back. Not two weeks later the car began having engine trouble and brought it back to Aston Martin of New England, actually had to have it towed. At this point we are less than 6 weeks out of warranty, and apparently 3 weeks out of New Jersey's lemon law and now the car needed an entire engine replacement. I had put less than 1000 miles on the car and owned it less than 3 months and it needed a new engine. My local dealership in New England stepped up got factory coverage (40%) and recommended getting Summit Hills involved as they had serviced the car from new to see if they would contribute to the remaining 60%. After multiple attempts to reach Roger, the Service Department Manager and the sales Manager, and guarantees they would return my calls...nothing. So in short, they may appear professional, but they are nothing more than your stereotypical used car salesmen. I would not recommend them nor will I purchase my next car from them. More

After the sale, their excellent service continues. I needed a minor adjustment and they picked up the car, made the adjustment and returned it the same day (washed and detailed). That is the kind of service one would expect from an Aston Martin dealer and they certainly deliver! More
Truly THE best car buying experience. First, i was hesitant to even get inside this dealership since they have aston martins, rolls royce and other high end cars in their showroom. But Mr. Roger and Mr Matt made me feel welcomed and both seem interested in really helping me out. These guys are honest, friendly, straight forward, and sincere in getting the job done. It was a total of 3hrs from the moment i stepped in the door and drove home with the car i purchased. More
