I am on my 4th car from Varney's. They go out of their way to find you what you’re looking for and are friendly through the whole process. Their sales team is great, and their service department top notch. They always try to make things right if there is an issue. I love my new Yukon!

Service appts. 3-4 wks out for an oil change. Called again Tuesday for state inspection , got a record message and have yet to hear from them. Yet they keep sending me cards wanting my trade in. No new inventory yet can’t/ unable to handle services for past sales. Extremely disappointed.

When it came to paying. The service guys would NOT help at all in access my extended warranty from Varney GMC. Only wanted my credit card. Once that was done paying attention to me was over. Since the warranty wasn't interested computer they just assume it was cheap and I had enough of them I did tell them that since they weren't will go help this means I won't be back. They didn't seem to care.
